Lovesong Salon is a safe space, in more ways than one. Here’s what we’re doing to protect you during COVID-19.
You may not visit the salon if you or a family member are exhibiting COVID-19-like symptoms, have a temperature above 100.0, or have been otherwise exposed to COVID-19. We will reschedule you 72 hours after your last exhibited symptom.
All clients and staff must enter Lovesong Salon wearing a face mask that fully covers their nose and mouth. We will provide single-use masks to clients, as we may get color on them.
Lovesong Salon is not allowed to offer drinks or similar amenities to clients. Please bring all drinks with you.
Lovesong Salon requires a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your service. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment and keep track of your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointment and our cancellation fee.
Lovesong Salon has a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please reach out to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment.
Should you make changes to the originally scheduled service within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of originally scheduled services.
Should you cancel on the same day of your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of the cost of originally scheduled service.
No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.
Here at Lovesong Salon, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you need to return to the salon for an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.
